We manufacture and distribute custom outdoor kitchen cabinets using marine-grade polymer — a material proven to resist moisture, UV exposure, heat, and humidity. Each cabinet is designed using a locking groove system for seamless installation, with no visible screws on the exterior. For added durability and user comfort, we use all stainless steel, soft-close hinges and hardware throughout.

HOW WE BUILD
Our Manufacturing Process
Every Casual Kitchens cabinet is built at our workshop on John Young Parkway in Orlando. We do not outsource manufacturing or assemble imported flat-pack components.
Material sourcing. We cut cabinets from HDPE (high-density polyethylene) sheet stock — the same marine-grade polymer used in commercial dock boards, boat trim, and FDA-rated cutting surfaces. The color runs through the full thickness of the panel, which means scratches, scuffs, and edge cuts never expose a different substrate layer.
CNC cutting and edge work. Panel dimensions are programmed and cut on a CNC router to hold consistent tolerances across production runs. After cutting, edges are banded and finished so each panel face is smooth and free of exposed core.
Hardware and ventilation. All hinges, pulls, and drawer slides are marine-grade stainless steel rated for coastal environments. Ventilation channels are sized to meet Florida building code requirements for enclosed appliance compartments, including gas grills and refrigerator compressors.
Assembly and QA. Each cabinet is fully assembled, fitted with leveling feet, and inspected for square, finish, and hardware alignment before it leaves the workshop. We do not ship knockdown kits — every unit arrives ready to set in place.
