Transform Your Backyard with Custom Outdoor Kitchen Solutions

OUTDOOR KITCHEN APPLIANCES

Factory-Direct Outdoor Kitchen Appliances

Although at Casual Kitchens Outdoor Cabinets we can utilize any appliance in the industry, we do offer our own factory-direct appliances to meet your outdoor kitchen needs.

You never have to use our appliances. Bring the brand you prefer and we’ll build your marine-grade HDPE cabinets around it, or choose from our own line of built-in grills, a griddle, a power burner, an outdoor refrigerator and a drop-in ice bin, all 304 stainless steel. Either way, we size the cabinet openings around your appliances so everything comes together as one coordinated outdoor kitchen.

BUILT-IN GAS GRILLS

Built-In Gas Grills

The grill is usually the first decision, because its width sets the size of the grill cabinet and much of the island around it. We carry two sizes, 32 and 40 inches. Both run on natural gas or propane, so you can match whatever fuel your home already has.

32-Inch 4-Burner Grill

  • Cooking power. Four cast 304 stainless steel burners at 14,000 BTUs each, 56,000 BTUs across the cooking surface.
  • Rotisserie ready. A 10,000 BTU rear rotisserie burner works with an optional rotisserie kit.
  • Cooking space. 531 square inches on the main grates plus 184 square inches of secondary cooking area (warming rack), 715 square inches in all.
  • Easy cleanup. A removable warming rack and full-width removable drip tray.
  • Power. Requires a 110V power source, so plan an outlet at the island.
  • Cutout. 30 5/8″ wide x 21 1/4″ deep x 8 1/2″ high.

40-Inch 5-Burner Grill

The 40-inch is the better fit if you regularly host larger groups.

  • Cooking power. Five cast stainless burners put out 70,000 BTUs, and it has the same rotisserie rear burner as the 32-inch.
  • Cooking space. 670 square inches of main grilling area and 227 more on the secondary level (warming rack), 897 square inches total, enough to cook for a crowd.
  • Cutout. 38 3/8 inches wide, with the same depth and height as the 32-inch.

What Both Grills Share

Apart from size, the two grills are built the same way, so the choice mostly comes down to how many people you cook for.

  • Lighting for evening cooking. Illuminated control knobs, plus interior grill lights that switch on when the hood opens.
  • Spring-assisted hood. The double-lined hood lifts easily and helps keep the outer shell from discoloring with heat.
  • Reliable ignition. Push-and-turn Flame-Thrower ignition with a backup flash tube.
  • Even heat. Stainless flame tamers control flare-ups and even out hot and cold spots, and heat zone separators divide the cooking surface.
FLAT-TOP COOKING

30-Inch Griddle

If your family cooks breakfast outside or wants smash burgers on a Saturday, a built-in griddle earns its spot next to the grill. Two burners deliver 30,000 BTUs across 480 square inches of flat cooking surface (27″ x 17 3/4″).

  • Attached, double-walled lid with cushioned dampers so it never slams shut.
  • Leveling screws let you adjust the surface to suit what you’re cooking.
  • Drop-in drip trough for simple grease cleanup.
  • Illuminated knobs and larger peepholes for checking the flame safely.
  • Fuel. Natural gas or propane.

HIGH-HEAT COOKING

60,000 BTU Power Burner

A power burner handles the jobs a grill can’t: boiling seafood, frying, or high-heat wok cooking. This one uses two independently controlled cast stainless rings, a 25,000 BTU inner ring for simmering and a 35,000 BTU outer ring for large pots, or both together for 60,000 BTUs.

  • Wok-ready grid. A removable 9-inch inner ring lets a wok sit down into the flame.
  • Weather protection. A removable stainless lid covers the burner when it’s not in use, and a wind guard under the grid keeps the flame steady.
  • Compact footprint. At 15 3/4″ wide, it fits beside a grill without crowding your prep space. Pair it with our power burner cabinet.
  • Fuel and lighting. Comes in natural gas and propane versions, with LED-lit knobs and an included transformer.
OUTDOOR REFRIGERATION

24-Inch Outdoor Refrigerator

Cold drinks within reach keep guests out of your kitchen. This outdoor-rated refrigerator holds up to 152 cans in 5.5 cubic feet.

  • 304 stainless steel exterior built for outdoor exposure.
  • Digital thermostat and display, adjustable from 34°F to 68°F.
  • White LED interior lighting for finding drinks after dark.
  • Front venting gives you flexibility in where it goes. We’ll confirm clearances for your layout before framing it into an open appliance cabinet.
  • Details. Three shelves, automatic defrost, right-hand hinge, and a standard 115V, 15-amp connection. It’s UL approved and ETL certified for outdoor use.

ENTERTAINING

Drop-In Ice Bin

A drop-in ice bin keeps drinks on ice for hours during parties and pool days. It’s 304 stainless steel, insulated to hold ice in hot weather, and drops into the countertop for a clean, built-in look. The bin measures 25 3/8″ wide x 25 3/8″ deep x 17″ tall and needs a countertop cutout of 23 11/16″ x 23 11/16″ with 13 3/4″ of clearance below the counter.

HOW IT COMES TOGETHER

Planning Outdoor Kitchen Appliances Around Your Cabinets

The grills, power burner and ice bin have published cutouts, and we confirm the dimensions of every other appliance before building, so the HDPE cabinet openings match. Planning both together avoids the most common outdoor kitchen headache: an appliance that arrives and doesn’t fit the island.

1. Pick your appliances

Tell us how you cook and entertain, and we’ll suggest a grill size and add-ons that fit your space.

2. Choose your fuel

Natural gas or propane, based on what’s available at your home.

3. Plan the layout

We size the grill, burner and appliance cabinets around each unit’s cutout and clearances.

4. Installation

A qualified installer completes the gas connection, which the grill warranty requires.

You can browse every cabinet module in our outdoor kitchen cabinet collection or see finished islands in the project gallery.

COVERAGE

Warranty Coverage

Grills carry their own warranty, separate from your cabinets. Register your grill within 30 days of purchase by emailing sales@casual-kitchens.com, and keep your receipt. Coverage is for the original owner at the original installation address, for residential use:

Lifetime (parts only)

Main burners, cooking grids, grill body, flame tamers, heat zone separators and the warming rack.

10 years (parts only)

Valves.

1 year (parts only)

Ignition, electronics and lighting.

The warranty covers defects in material and workmanship. It doesn’t cover discoloration or rust, which improper maintenance, humidity, salt, chlorine, fertilizers, pesticides, chemicals or high cooking temperatures can cause, unless the rust costs a component its structural integrity. The outdoor refrigerator carries a 1-year limited warranty. Your HDPE cabinets have their own limited lifetime residential warranty; see ordering, returns and warranty for details.

Why We Don't List Appliance Prices

Appliance pricing depends on the model, fuel type and how it fits into your cabinet layout. Rather than post numbers that may not match your project, we’ll price the exact appliance and cabinet combination you choose.

Call (407) 887-0035 or request a quote and we’ll put together an appliance and cabinet package for your backyard.
