It’s cabinetry cut from HDPE (high-density polyethylene) sheet stock, the marine-grade polymer used in commercial dock boards, boat trim, and cutting surfaces. Because HDPE doesn’t absorb water and resists UV degradation, we use it for outdoor kitchens exposed to Florida sun, rain, humidity, and pool splash.
